| Expressive Mandala Drawing Workshops A Mandala is a special form of drawing that corresponds to our inner feelings, are therapeutic to draw and used for insight, self expression, healing and transformation. Expressive Mandalas are usually not planned, but ‘allowed’ to flow out spontaneously. Subject to the rules of your specific plan, a portion of the cost may be claimable from your medical aid.
